At CIREVON, we offer free tracked shipping worldwide. We work with a global network of fulfillment partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Shipping timeframes
Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated delivery times:
- Australia: 5–10 working days
- United States: 7–13 working days
- United Kingdom: 4–7 working days
- Germany: 5–8 working days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, customs processing, local carriers, and peak periods.
Order cut-off time
Order cut-off: 5:00 PM (AEST) — Monday to Friday
Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Service area
We ship worldwide. Primary markets include Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany. If you do not see your country supported at checkout, please contact us at support@cirevon.com before placing your order.
Customs, duties and taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. CIREVON is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order fulfilment
Orders may be fulfilled through our international fulfilment network to provide a wide product range and competitive pricing. Final delivery is completed by local postal or courier services in your country.
Shipping partners
We work with a combination of international and local carriers to complete delivery. Depending on your location, final delivery may be handled by national postal services or local courier providers.
Lost or missing items
We take responsibility for your order until it is confirmed delivered.
- Tracking delays: If tracking does not update for more than 5 business days, please contact us.
- Confirmed loss: If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
- Non-delivery: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier.
