30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- In the same condition as received
- In original packaging
Compatibility and fitment
Please carefully review all product information before purchasing. If you are unsure about compatibility, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order.
If you ordered the wrong fitment or are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before installing the item. We will do our best to assist with an exchange or resolution. Installed items cannot be returned for fitment reasons.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund. Where required, return instructions will be provided.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. All exchanges are subject to approval.
Return shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns.
- If the item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping where required.
How to start a return
To request a return, contact us at support@cirevon.com with your order number and reason for return. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Return timeframe
Once your return is approved, the item must be sent back within 14 days of receiving return instructions.
Return assessment
All returns are inspected upon arrival. If an item shows signs of use, installation, damage after delivery, or missing parts or packaging, we reserve the right to decline the return or adjust the refund amount.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
