At CIREVON, all products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and product faults from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

What This Warranty Covers

Our 12-month warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product faults under normal intended use
  • Workmanship issues
  • Defects in materials

If a valid warranty issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution as required.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Improper care
  • Incorrect installation
  • Damage caused during installation
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect normal use
  • Ordering the wrong size, model, fitment, or variant

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact support@cirevon.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and fault

We aim to respond to warranty claims within 1 business day.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for the next step. In some cases, we may request the item be returned before a remedy is issued.

Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights or remedies you may have under laws that apply in your country or region.

If you are an Australian customer, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
